View from my window, post downpour

Love the way the colours leap out in contrast to the glistening black road.

Nice posh London bar

Awaiting a client meeting. This place makes me want to order a Scotch on the rocks old chap.

The Fox up to her ears in Brick Lane LP's

Listening to God

Well, not exactly. The reception's terrible.

The streets are a noticeboard of ideas and (sometimes coded) messages. This scrawl contains more meaning than a quick glance might otherwise convey.

Brick Lane particularly buzzing today

Brick Lane has soul (one for the foot fetishists)

Sitting on a kerb just off Brick Lane, I kinda got (weirdly) interested in people’s shoes and feet as they went by. I find it slightly strange to see multiple ‘frozen’ images of people in motion. And without faces or bodies, it looks as if the feet are living their own existence.

I took about 200 images in 5-6 minutes. And have edited them down to 70-ish. So even though they’re very rough, there’s some type of beauty in its rawness and randomness. (As a friend just told me, you can hold down the right arrow key to scroll through all the images quickly… hmmm, maybe it would look better as a fast stop-motion video…?)

Brick Lane Soul

He may have changed positions, but forlorn Lego Santa continues his wait. Looks like he’s settled in til December.

living reef

Taken at 500ft in a helicoptor over the Torres Strait in far, far, far northen Australia. An extraordinary experience. Apart from the many reefs and islands, there were also turtles, dugongs and other tropical wildlife to spot.
